District Manager

Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a District Manager to lead operations in our Energy & Utilities division. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees multiple electrical construction and maintenance projects across power, telecom, and transportation markets. The District Manager will drive safety, quality, and productivity while managing budgets, schedules, and field leadership teams. Responsibilities include client relationship management, forecasting labor and material needs, ensuring code compliance, mentoring project managers and journeyman electricians, and supporting strategic growth in a teamwork-driven, safety-focused culture.
