Capture Manager

Managed Care Advisors, a Sedgwick company, seeks a Capture Manager to drive growth in its Government & Civil Services portfolio. Reporting to Business Development & Strategic Planning, you will lead the full capture lifecycle for federal, state, and local opportunities-from market research and qualification through strategy, teaming, solution shaping, and pricing input. You will partner closely with clinical, claims, and proposal teams to develop compliant, compelling bids that advance our mission of improving outcomes for public-sector employees and beneficiaries in a collaborative, high-integrity environment.
