Outreach & Marketing Specialist

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks an Outreach & Marketing Specialist 1 to grow awareness of our behavioral health and social services across East Tennessee. This role plans and executes outreach campaigns, manages social media and digital content, supports events, and builds community partnerships to connect clients and referral sources to services. The specialist collaborates with clinical and program teams, tracks campaign performance, and ensures consistent, mission-aligned messaging that reflects our client-focused, trauma-informed care in a compassionate, professional manner.
