Real Estate Salesperson

Tidal Realty Partners seeks a driven Real Estate Salesperson to source, market, and sell multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use investment opportunities across the Western U.S. In this San Diego-based role, you will prospect and qualify investors and buyers, manage a pipeline of listings, prepare offering materials, conduct property tours, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. You'll collaborate closely with a small, high-caliber team, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle while building strong financial, analytical, and deal execution skills in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture.
