Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax seeks a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to drive efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across our energy production and supply operations. Leading cross functional teams in Production & Operations, you will optimize end to end value streams-from fuel sourcing to power generation and delivery-using data, analytics, and continuous improvement. You'll develop KPIs, digital tools, and best practice processes that lower cost, reduce carbon, and support Drax's zero carbon mission within an inclusive, empowering culture.
