The position is responsible for setting the strategic direction of all medical programs and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare services 50/50 duties between administrative function and direct primary care. Candidates must have an active, current FL medical license, current DEA, board certified in a primary care specialty (FM or IM), minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience in healthcare administration.
Competitive, salaried employment pay ($300K-$450K) with full benefits including 36 days PTO,13 paid holidays, paid health/dental/vision insurance, paid CME, 4% 401K and malpractice covered. Loan repayment options are available as well.
