Inside Sales Coordinator

Knife River is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our construction materials business. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, prepare and follow up on quotes, enter and track orders, and coordinate with dispatch, operations, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mix. You'll maintain customer records, assist with bids, and provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with computer systems, and a safety-first mindset aligned with Knife River's team-oriented culture and commitment to quality and service.
