Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead performance and efficiency improvements across our energy manufacturing and production operations. In this strategic role, you will design and deliver end-to-end optimization initiatives spanning plant operations, supply chain, and commercial interfaces to support Drax's zero-carbon, lower-cost energy mission. You will apply advanced analytics, LEAN/Six Sigma, and best-in-class manufacturing practices to reduce cost, enhance reliability, and improve sustainability outcomes. Partnering with engineering and project leaders, you will oversee complex transformation programs, mentor cross-functional teams, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in an inclusive, purpose-driven environment.
