Superintendent

The LiRo Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on complex transportation, infrastructure, and building projects. In this role, you will supervise on-site activities, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to LiRo's high quality standards. You'll coordinate inspections, interpret plans and specifications, resolve field issues, and maintain detailed site documentation. Working closely with project managers and engineers, you'll help deliver technically challenging, high-impact public and private projects while mentoring field staff and supporting a culture of integrity and accountability.
