GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Manager Retail Branch to lead daily operations, sales, and member service in our Banking department. This role oversees branch staff, drives deposit and loan growth, ensures compliance with banking and credit union regulations, and delivers exceptional, member-focused service. The Manager develops community and business relationships, coaches team members, analyzes financial and performance reports, and implements strategies to meet goals while supporting GreenState's mission of financial empowerment and community impact in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
