Collections Associate

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Collections Associate to support members in resolving past-due accounts with professionalism and empathy. In this role, you will manage outbound and inbound collection calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and document all interactions in our systems while following credit union policies and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with lending and member service teams to create sustainable repayment solutions, minimize losses, and protect member relationships.
