Service Writer

Riverhead Building Supply Corp. is seeking a Service Writer to join our Customer Service & Support team in the Building Materials industry. In this role, you will serve as a key contact for residential and commercial customers, accurately writing service orders, quotes, and work requests. You will coordinate with sales, yard, and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while supporting client relationship management and sales growth in a fast-paced environment. The Service Writer will assist customers with product selection, provide order status updates, and resolve service issues with professionalism.
