Paralegal

The Air Line Pilots Association seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to support its Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. This role assists attorneys handling aviation, labor, and regulatory matters impacting airline pilots. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, and regulatory filings, organizing case files and evidence, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Paralegal will track regulatory developments, support negotiations and grievance processes, and coordinate with pilots, union leaders, and external counsel.
