Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach

Lycoming College seeks an Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach to support all aspects of its NCAA program within the Sports & Recreation department. Reporting to the Head Coach, this full-time role assists with practice planning, game strategy, recruiting, and student-athlete development in a collaborative, inclusive campus culture. Responsibilities include video analysis, scouting, travel coordination, and compliance with NCAA and College policies. The coach will model academic focus and integrity while helping foster innovation, teamwork, and holistic growth for student-athletes at a liberal arts institution.
