Loan Processor

Triad Financial Services Inc, a national leader in manufactured home lending, seeks a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support our Banking department. In this relationship-driven, customer-focused role, you will review and process manufactured home loan applications, verify income and documentation, ensure compliance with lending and regulatory guidelines, and coordinate closings. You will communicate with borrowers, retailers, communities, and internal teams to resolve conditions, manage pipelines, and deliver accurate, timely approvals within company service standards in a collaborative, professional environment.
