Senior Attorney

Cookman Law PC, a small, client-focused firm in Avon, Colorado, seeks a Senior Attorney to lead matters in real estate, business law, estate planning, and probate. You will manage transactions and cases from intake through resolution, draft and negotiate contracts and estate documents, advise closely held businesses and families, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other professionals. This role offers substantial autonomy, direct client contact, and early responsibility within a collegial, community-minded practice serving Colorado's Vail Valley.
