Mitigation Manager

Restoration Network Inc., a Colorado-based restoration contractor, is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects across the Denver metro area. In this role, you'll manage field crews, coordinate emergency response, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant mitigation from initial assessment through job completion. Responsibilities include scoping losses, setting containment, monitoring drying, documenting work for insurance, and communicating clearly with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and internal teams. You'll champion safety, train technicians, uphold company standards of integrity and professionalism, and help clients recover quickly from property damage in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
