Instructional Supervisor

Education Through Music, Inc. seeks an Instructional Supervisor to support high-quality, standards-based music instruction across partner schools. The Instructional Supervisor will observe and coach music teachers, model best practices, and provide actionable feedback that advances student learning and engagement. Responsibilities include developing and facilitating professional development, aligning curriculum with state and national standards, analyzing student and program data, and collaborating with school leaders. The role works closely with cross-functional ETM staff to strengthen program quality, promote equity in arts education, and ensure consistent implementation of ETM's instructional vision.
