Infant / Toddler Specialist

CONNECTICUT INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNITIES INC seeks an Infant / Toddler CDA Specialist to support quality early childhood services in our community programs. In this mission-driven role, you will coach and mentor infant/toddler teachers on CDA standards, support CDA portfolio completion, and model developmentally appropriate practices. Responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, guiding individualized professional development plans, and ensuring alignment with state and federal early childhood regulations. You will collaborate with family service and health staff to promote holistic child development and partner with families. Ideal candidates have strong infant/toddler expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for equity and community impact.
