Staff Accountant

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our growing portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is responsible for property-level accounting, including general ledger maintenance, AP/AR processing, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close. The Staff Accountant will prepare financial reports, assist with budgets and variance analysis, and provide audit-ready documentation. Working closely with operations and leadership, you'll help improve financial accuracy and support acquisitions and repositioning efforts.
