Preschool Assistant Director

Palo Alto Community Child Care (PACCC) seeks a Preschool Assistant Director to help lead a high-quality, child-centered early learning program. In this on-site role, you'll support daily operations, supervise and coach teaching staff, and ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards. You will partner closely with families, help shape developmentally appropriate curriculum, and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment.
