Service Advisor

Best-One Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and our tire and automotive technicians. In this role, you will greet customers, assess their needs, recommend tire and maintenance services, and prepare accurate estimates and work orders. You'll coordinate scheduling, communicate repair status, and review completed work, ensuring safety and satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused shop, you'll use POS systems, maintain records, and support sales goals while upholding our values of integrity, reliability, and community-focused service.
