Teller Supervisor

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Teller Supervisor to lead daily teller operations and deliver exceptional member service. Based in our Houston branches, this role supervises teller staff, oversees cash handling, and ensures accuracy in deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transactions. The Teller Supervisor trains and coaches tellers, monitors performance, resolves complex member issues, and enforces security and compliance procedures. This position supports sales of credit union products, maintains operational reports and audits, and helps create a positive, member-first environment focused on financial education and community impact.
