Payroll Specialist

Traffic Plan, a leader in traffic control and work zone safety, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly, multi-state payroll for field and office employees. In this role, you will process timecards, verify hours, apply correct rates, and ensure accurate taxes, deductions, and benefits. You'll research and resolve discrepancies, answer employee pay questions, and support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Working closely with HR and Operations in a safety-first, team-focused culture, you'll help deliver timely, error-free payroll that supports our essential infrastructure projects and growing workforce.
