Foreman

E-Z Bel Construction is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on heavy civil roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects across Texas. In this on-site role, you will plan daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include reading plans, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining accurate daily reports. Working in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture, you'll mentor crew members, communicate closely with project management, and help deliver impactful public infrastructure while building your long-term career.
