Child Care Lead Teacher

Keene Young Men's Christian Association (Keene YMCA) seeks a Child Care Lead Teacher to guide daily activities in our licensed early childhood program. The Lead Teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervises children to ensure safety, and fosters social, emotional, and academic growth. This role mentors assistants, maintains licensing and YMCA standards, communicates regularly with families, and models the Y's values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
