Classroom Float

Paladin seeks a Classroom Float for our Head Start program to support multiple early childhood classrooms. In this on-site role, you'll assist lead teachers with instruction, child supervision, and daily routines, helping maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. You'll adapt to different classrooms, support individualized learning, manage materials, and reinforce positive behavior.
