Lifeguard

The City of Lake Worth Beach seeks a dedicated Lifeguard to protect visitors at our coastal and aquatic facilities. In this community-focused role, you will monitor beach and swimming areas, enforce safety rules, perform rescues, and provide first aid/CPR as needed. Working within a collaborative, public-service culture, you'll educate patrons on water safety, complete incident reports, and maintain rescue equipment.
