Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

Martino Law Group, LLC, a Melrose-based firm serving Greater Boston, seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of estate planning and probate matters. In this client-focused role, you will advise individuals and families, draft wills, trusts, and related documents, and guide executors and beneficiaries through Massachusetts probate procedures. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, communicate regularly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, and collaborate closely with a small, supportive team.
