Assistant Cross Country Coach

Lycoming College seeks an Assistant Cross Country Coach to support our NCAA Division III program within the Department of Sports & Recreation. Working in a collaborative, student centered environment, the coach assists with designing practices, developing distance training plans, mentoring student athletes, and promoting academic success. Responsibilities include recruiting prospective runners, ensuring NCAA and institutional compliance, coordinating meet and travel logistics, and contributing to an inclusive, innovative team culture that reflects Lycoming's liberal arts mission.
