American Family Insurance seeks an Insurance Agent in the Carmel/Westfield, IN area to grow and service a personal and small business insurance portfolio. You will generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement while providing consultative coverage reviews for auto, home, life, and related products. Responsibilities include needs-based selling, policy quoting and binding, cross-selling, renewals, and basic claims support. You will use CRM and carrier systems, follow compliance standards, and collaborate with teammates in a customer-focused, ethical, and growth-minded culture.
