Home Health Account Executive

Addus Family company seeks a Home Health Account Executive to drive growth within our home and community-based care services. In this field-based sales role, you will build and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and community partners to generate qualified home health referrals. You will develop territory sales plans, conduct outreach and presentations, track results in a CRM, and collaborate closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
