Whey Production Trainee

Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production Trainee to support whey processing operations in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this entry-level role, you will learn to operate and monitor whey equipment, follow SOPs and GMPs, perform basic quality checks, and assist with sanitation and CIP procedures. You'll record production data, support safe material handling, and communicate equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance.
