Assistant Client Service Specialist

Marshall & Sterling Inc seeks an Assistant Client Service Specialist to support our Commercial Lines team. In this role, you'll assist account managers with policy processing, certificates, endorsements, and renewals, while responding to client inquiries and coordinating with carriers. You'll maintain accurate documentation, track deadlines, and help resolve coverage or billing questions. Working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, you'll gain exposure to commercial insurance, receive training and mentorship, and build a foundation for advancement in finance and insurance services.
