Assistant Client Service Specialist

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking an Assistant Client Service Specialist to support our Personal Lines team. In this role, you'll assist with policy processing, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and documentation for personal insurance clients. You'll respond to client questions, coordinate with carriers, and help resolve service issues promptly and accurately. Working closely with Account Managers and Producers, you'll maintain client records, prepare proposals, and support account reviews.
