TRAINING SPECIALIST

Sigma Technologies, Ltd., a Perrysburg, OH-based engineering and consulting firm for telecom and utility infrastructure, seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver technical, safety, and process training for field and design teams. In this engineering-driven, collaborative environment, you will build curricula, e-learning, and job aids that strengthen outside plant engineering, GIS, and project execution capabilities. Partner closely with engineers and project managers to assess needs, track effectiveness, and support onboarding and career growth as staff advance into project leadership roles.
