Senior Bond Account Manager

Marshall and Sterling Inc seeks a Senior Bond Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of surety and bond clients within our Banking, Insurance & Investment practice. You will manage complex commercial and contract bond accounts, analyze financials, structure bonding programs, and negotiate with carriers to secure optimal terms. Partner closely with producers to deepen relationships, support new business, and ensure exceptional client service.
