Controller, Division

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers and machine protection systems, seeks a Division Controller to lead financial operations for our manufacturing division. This role oversees accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions and operational excellence. The Controller will ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting, strong internal controls, and insightful cost and margin analysis. Partner closely with operations leadership, mentor a small finance team, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.
