Independent Skills Trainer

West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH) seeks an Independent Skills Trainer to support older adults and individuals with special needs in maintaining independence in affordable, supportive housing. The Trainer conducts assessments, develops person-centered plans, and provides hands-on coaching in daily living, health management, budgeting, and community navigation.
