Client Service Specialist

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support commercial lines clients in our finance and insurance practice. You will manage policy servicing, process renewals, certificates, endorsements, and billing inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate responses. Partner with producers and carriers to resolve coverage questions and support remarketing and account reviews. You'll educate clients on policy changes, maintain detailed account documentation in agency systems, and uphold compliance standards while delivering high-touch service aligned with our integrity- and community-focused culture.
