Compliance Officer

Midland States Bank seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee fintech-related regulatory compliance for our growing digital banking and payments offerings. You will design and maintain policies, assess risk, and monitor adherence to federal and state banking regulations, including BSA/AML, consumer protection, and third-party oversight. Partnering with product, operations, and technology teams, you'll review new fintech services, support audits and exams, and deliver staff training.
