Diesel Mechanic

Republic Services is hiring a 2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair our fleet of diesel trucks and equipment that support essential waste and recycling operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, complete DOT inspections, and ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards. Collaborating with drivers and supervisors, you'll document repairs, use diagnostic tools, and help keep routes running reliably while supporting our safety-first, sustainability-focused mission.
