Collections Specialist

Local Government Federal Credit Union/Civic Federal Credit Union seeks a Collections Specialist to support member financial wellness while minimizing credit losses. In this hybrid Raleigh-based role, you'll manage delinquent consumer and small-business accounts, conduct inbound and outbound calls, and negotiate sustainable payment solutions with empathy and professionalism.
