Resident Advisor

Career Systems Development Corporation seeks an Overnight Resident Advisor to support Job Corps students in a structured, residential learning environment. Working Friday to Tuesday, 11:30 p.m.-8:30 a.m., you will supervise dorms, ensure safety and security, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. You'll build positive relationships, model professionalism, and support students' educational and career goals while collaborating with a mission-driven, student-centered team focused on accountability, respect, and inclusion.
