In this role, you will manage a book of business, process policy changes, prepare quotes, and coordinate renewals with multiple carriers. You will respond to client inquiries, resolve coverage and billing issues, and proactively identify risk management needs. The Account Service Manager collaborates closely with producers and carriers, maintains accurate documentation in the agency management system, and ensures timely, high-quality service that reflects our client-focused, relationship-driven culture.
