Senior Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor

Hollandia Dairy is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor to lead AR, collections, and credit activities within the Finance, Accounting & Administration team. This role oversees billing accuracy, cash application, and credit risk for retail, school, and foodservice customers, ensuring timely collections and minimal bad debt. You will supervise AR staff, refine processes, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve disputes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, manufacturing or CPG experience, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach aligned with our family-owned, community-focused culture.
