Floating Customer Service and Benefits Specialist

The Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Customer Service and Benefits Specialist to support clients accessing behavioral health services. In this Healthcare & Medical Services role, you will answer inquiries, verify insurance and benefits, assist with authorizations, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical and billing teams. You will educate clients on coverage options, resolve service and billing issues, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality.
