Customer Service & Operations Support

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Support specialist to serve commercial pest management clients. In this role, you'll respond to calls and emails, schedule and coordinate technician visits, and accurately process work orders and service reports. You'll support regulatory and documentation requirements for food, healthcare, and other sensitive environments while delivering responsive, professional customer care. Working closely with service teams, you'll help troubleshoot service issues, maintain data in our systems, and contribute to a safe, science-driven, and environmentally responsible operation with clear paths for growth.
