Experienced Service Advisor

Carter Myers Automotive Group seeks an Experienced Service Advisor for CMA's Williamsburg Ford. In this on-site role, you will be the primary liaison between customers and our service department, writing repair orders, explaining recommended work, and ensuring a transparent, efficient service experience. You will coordinate with technicians, manage warranties, and maintain strong CSI scores.
