Staff Accountant

Innovance, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant - Cost Accounting to support manufacturing operations across its family of companies. This role will maintain standard costs, prepare cost and margin analyses, support month-end close, and reconcile inventory and work-in-process accounts. The Staff Accountant will partner with plant and engineering teams to analyze variances, track production and labor costs, and improve costing accuracy. Responsibilities include budgeting support, preparing management reports, assisting with audits, and helping strengthen internal controls in a collaborative, employee-owned culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
